Scholarships & Grants

Chapter Scholarship Information

AFP-NNE provides professional development for its members through educational programming including its annual fall and spring conferences and through its affiliation with AFP Global. The Board of Directors recognizes that professional development costs can sometimes be prohibitive and therefore provides several types of scholarship assistance.

✨Conference Scholarships

Thanks to funding from Mascoma Bank, we were able to offer conference scholarships for the 2026 Spring Conference & Academy! The application process is now closed.

  • Depending on the response, conference scholarships will cover the full or partial cost of registration. Travel and lodging are not covered.
  • Open to both members and non-members. Preference will be given to those who have never attended an AFP-NNE conference and those who are involved in chapter activities in some way.
  • Applications are reviewed by AFP-NNE's Scholarship Committee, which as a general practice does not repeat awards to the same individuals in consecutive years.
  • Scholarship recipients will be asked to choose how they would like to be involved in AFP-NNE (primarily by serving on a committee). It is expected that scholarship recipients will actively participate in chapter activities for at least one year.

✨Chamberlain Scholarship
